Abstract

Статья посвящена одной из ключевых проблем современности вопросу наращивания внешних государственных заимствований и способам управления государственным и совокупным долгами, применяемым в разных странах. Дается аналитический обзор текущего состояния мирового долгового рынка, краткий анализ структуры мирового долга. На примере ряда развитых и развивающихся стран показаны характерные направления проявления угроз национальной экономической безопасности страны, а также обосновывается острая необходимость выработки эффективной национальной стратегии по управлению внешним долгом, что крайне актуально и для развивающихся, и для развитых стран.
