Abstract

В работе анализируется региональный опыт взаимодействия государства и бизнеса в реализации социальной ответственности, выделяются направления стимулирования социальной ответственности с учетом их адаптации к российским условиям. Выявляется отсутствие развитой системы социальной ответственности бизнеса на территории Республики Калмыкия на основе проведения анкетирования руководителей малого и среднего бизнеса, а также всех групп стейкхолдеров. Предлагаются направления совершенствования взаимодействия государства и бизнеса в реализации социальной ответственности на региональном уровне, такие как внедрение системы нефинансовой отчетности, налоговое стимулирование, разработка регионального и местного законодательства, касающегося социальной ответственности компаний.
