Европейские Инвестиции В Российскую Электроэнергетику — Путь К Модернизации Отрасли?

Abstract

В статье рассматривается сотрудничество России и ЕС в электроэнергетике. Приводится краткий обзор актуальных проблем и тенденций развития энергетического рынка в Европе и России. Проводится анализ деятельности российских электроэнергетических компаний: с участием иностранного капитала ОАО «Э.ОН Россия», ОАО «Энел ОГК 5», ОАО «Фортум», а также российской компании ОАО ОГК-2 по технологическим характеристикам и финансовым показателям. Выявляются сильные и слабые стороны компаний, определяются угрозы и возможности в их дальнейшем развитии. Подводятся итоги сотрудничества России и Европейского союза в рамках энергодиалога в 2013 г.
