Abstract

Авторы рассматривают перспективность транспортного сектора в целом и сферы строительства автомобильных дорог для использования инструментов государственно-частного партнерства России. Выдвигается предположение, что в качестве ключевой сферы развития сотрудничества государства и частных предпринимательских структур инвестиционного комплекса страны в формате ГЧП для стимулирования роста экономики в ближайшие годы должно стать строительство автомобильных дорог. Авторы проводят анализ государственных статистических отчетов, нормативно-правовых актов, отраслевых исследований и других фактических данных, относящихся к дорожному хозяйству и транспорту, для обоснованного подтверждения выдвинутой гипотезы.
