Анализ Системы Сбалансированных Показателей Эффективности С Позиции Социально Интегрированной Логистики

Abstract

В настоящей статье с позиций социально интегрированной логистики проанализированы основные технико-экономические показатели одного из первых предприятий электронной промышленности нашей страны ОАО «Оптрон». Показано, что в 2002 г. руководством предприятия был проведен его логистический анализ и сформулированы предложения, следуя которым, завод вновь превратился в высокорентабельное предприятие. Среди наиболее значимых предложений выступили: оптимизация кругооборота ресурсов предприятия в рамках производственно-коммерческого модуля, внедрение нетарифной формы оплаты труда и т.д. Об этом, в частности, свидетельствует годовой отчет собрания акционеров ОАО «Оптрон» за 2013 г.
