Abstract

В статье описывается важность улучшения управления государственным долгом для развития Республики Кот-д’Ивуар. Также в ней рассматриваются причины увеличения государственного долга и предлагаются рекомендации по его сокращению. Сделан вывод, что наличие большого объема государственного долга приводит к отсутствию ресурсов для развития страны. При этом, на наш взгляд, программа сокращения государственного долга дает возможность получить достаточные ресурсы, чтобы развивать страну. К конкретным результатам исследования можно отнести предложенные авторами способы управления государственным долгам, которые могут быть применены в Республике Кот-д’Ивуар, в частности, инициатива создания Национального комитета государственного долга.
