Abstract

В статье рассматриваются тенденции развития энергетического комплекса России и возможность получения экономической эффективности за счет использования современной технической базы управления энергией, описаны сценарии модернизации электроэнергетического комплекса России, указаны проблемы децентрализации генерирующих мощностей. На основании зарубежного опыта приведены потенциальные экономические эффекты. Описаны различные сценарии внедрения интеллектуальной энергетики. На основе исследований ИНЭИ РАН в статье представлена прогнозная экономическая эффективность за счет модернизации и внедрения интеллектуальных энергосетей на территории России.
