Государственные Тнк На Мировом Рынке Прямых Иностранных Инвестиций: Современные Тенденции

Abstract

В настоящее время государственные ТНК являются заметными игроками на мировом рынке ПИИ. Национальные правительства часто стимулируют инвестиционную деятельность государственных компаний за рубежом, поощряя их все более активно интегрироваться в глобальные цепочки создания стоимости. В данной статье на основе последних статистических данных рассматриваются основные направления деятельности государственных ТНК и изменение их места в мировой экономической архитектуре. В статье подчеркивается, что государственные ТНК из развивающихся стран лидируют в процессе международного инвестирования. Автор приходит к выводу, что государственные ТНК имеют тенденцию осуществлять активную деятельность в тех секторах, где они в наибольшей степени сильны на внутренних рынках, а также в капиталоинтенсивных секторах, где требуется монопольное положение для получения необходимой экономии от масштабов производства или считается, что это стратегически важно для страны.
