Государственные Программы Как Инструмент Бюджетого Планирования И Прогнозирования

Abstract

В статье рассматривается порядок разработки и реализации государственной программы, анализируется содержание государственной программы и ее составных частей (ведомственные целевые программы). Главное назначение каждой программы заключается в том, чтобы сконцентрировать ресурсы для достижения определенных целей и задач государственной политики наиболее приоритетных проблем. В статье исследуются федеральные программы по основным направлениям и количество выделенных на них бюджетных ассигнований, а также динамика финансирования государственных программ.
