Классификация Инновационных Кластеров России И Мира

Abstract

Исследованы и определены наиболее объективные типы классификации инновационных кластеров для их использования на российском рынке. Проведен анализ данных ведущих мировых организаций по вопросам иинновационной политики, а также оценка существующих теоретических типологий инновационных кластеров в контексте международного и российского опыта. Выявлены ключевые тенденции дальнейшего развития пилотных инновационных территориальных кластеров России: в настоящее время преобладает тип инновационно-промышленных кластеров с государственно-монополистическим управлением и преимущественно государственным финансированием.
