Стратегия Снижения Экономического Ущерба От Стихийных Бедствий В Европе (Водный Кризис, Водный Дефицит И Лесные Пожары)

Abstract

По величине экономических потерь стихийные бедствия вышли в группу основных факторов риска. В пересчете на ВВП экономика Евросоюза каждый год теряет от 0,1% до 1%. Прогнозируемое изменение климата может существенно увеличить экономические потери ЕС. Применение инновационных методов управления кризисными ситуациями совместно с передовыми технологическими решениями позволяют существенно снизить ущерб от стихийных бедствий. Применение метода изменения погодных условий и создания искусственных осадков во время катастрофических засух может снизить экономический ущерб от стихийных бедствий в несколько раз.
