Взаимодействие Участников Инновационной Политики В Условиях Глобализации

Abstract

В статье раскрываются особенности взаимодействия институтов государства, бизнеса, образования и науки в ходе создания и внедрения новой высокотехнологичной продукции. Автор дает классификацию форм взаимодействия участников инновационного процесса в условиях глобализации экономик, которая в зависимости от структурной составляющей включает в себя институты государственной поддержки (выделение бюджетных средств научно-исследовательским организациям, предоставление грантов и др.); программы поддержки интеграции высшего образования и фундаментальной науки; международное сотрудничество в научно-технологической сфере. В статье выделены тенденции, легшие в основу трансформации экономик: возросшая потребность в создании коммуникационных сетей как новой основы построения связей по взаимодействию государства, бизнеса и науки; смена «ведущего звена» взаимоотношений; глобализация.
