Базельские Рекомендации: Вопросы Реализации И Значение Для Банковского Сектора России

Abstract

Как известно, сегодня перед российской банковской системой стоит проблема адекватного ответа на вызов процесса глобализации. Вопрос в том, смогут ли российские банки найти свое место в новом финансовом мире. На наш взгляд, знание и применение международных правил игры один из факторов успеха, элемент конкурентоспособности национальной банковской системы. В связи с этим, существенным фактором повышения качества банковского регулирования и надзора и, соответственно, всей банковской деятельности является эффективное применение подходов, рекомендованных Базельским комитетом по банковскому надзору. В статье обсуждаются вопросы реализации подходов «Базеля-2» и значение для банковского сектора России.
