Abstract

Динамичное развитие рынка товаров и услуг, сопровождающееся стандартизацией предложения, качественных характеристик товара и ценовой политики, приводит к обострению конкурентной борьбы в этой сфере экономики. Эта тенденция усиливает важность новых технологий, позволяющих формировать с клиентом долгосрочные взаимовыгодные отношения. В статье рассматриваются особенности функционирования программ лояльности как одного из инструментов управления взаимоотношениями с потребителями, анализируются основные мотивы потребительского поведения, а также даются рекомендации по использованию различных способов усиления лояльности клиентов.
