Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию зарубежного и отечественного опыта развития концессионных отношений, которые для нашей страны представляют собой одно из направлений активизации инвестиционных процессов в таких сферах как строительство и управление крупными инфраструктурными объектами, жилищно-коммунальное хозяйство, и являются примером эффективных партнерских отношений государства и бизнеса, связанных с передачей объектов последнему только во владение и пользование.
