Современная Миграция Населения Кыргызстана В Россию: Социально-Экономические Последствия

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются социально-экономические последствия оттока русскоязычного населения и внешней трудовой миграции коренного населения Кыргызстана. Последствия рассматриваются как для Кыргызстана, так и для России, куда направлены основные миграционные потоки из республики. Показаны отрицательные последствия для Кыргызстана эмиграции русскоязычного населения и выгоды от внешней трудовой миграции коренного населения. По мнению автора, приток населения из Кыргызстана в целом благоприятен для России. В страну поступает дешевая законопослушная рабочая сила, смягчается действие демографического кризиса. Между Кыргызстаном и Россией возникает устойчивая социально-экономическая, демографическая взаимная зависимость от миграционного обмена населением.
