Инвестиции В Арт-Рынки В Странах С Разным Уровнем Экономического Развития: Доходность И Риски

Abstract

Рассматриваются некоторые особенности арт-рынков США, Великобритании, Италии, Австралии, Латинской Америки второй половины XX начала XXI в. Приведены данные исследований турецкого рынка живописи в период с 1990 по 2005 гг., а также данные о средней ежегодной доходности различных видов инвестиций в Турции. Обосновывается вывод о возможности диверсификации инвестиционного портфеля путем вложений в произведения искусства как в экономически развитых странах, так и в странах с высоким уровнем инфляции и нестабильной экономикой.
