Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу трансформации биржевого оборота валюты в России, допуска к участию в торгах небанковских организаций, таких как брокерские компании, структурных изменений в биржевых технологиях, вызванных допуском нового класса участников на валютные торги. Важным аспектом этих изменений является оценка способов контроля рисков клиентов при массовом обслуживании на валютном рынке. Отдельно исследуется вопрос о становлении технологии центрального контрагента по сделкам на валютном, а в скором будущем и на фондовом рынке с применением отсроченной поставки и частичного преддепонирования активов, оценке рисков центрального контрагента.
