Abstract

Статья посвящена изменениям перспектив американо-российских отношений в области экономики, образования, государственного администрирования, вызванным трагическими событиями в Нью Йорке 11 сентября 2001 года. Автор высказываем мнение, что моральная помощь российской общественности американскому народу в эти трагические дни стала для многих американцев знаком веры в том, что между нашими народами должно развиваться эффективное экономическое и политическое сотрудничество.
