Концепция 2020 И Современные Реалии

Abstract

В статье рассматривается Концепция 2020 с точки зрения ее реализации в условиях экономического кризиса, поразившего мировую экономику. Уже сейчас ясно, что многие положения Концепции 2020 или трудно осуществимы, или неосуществимы вовсе с учетом новых экономических реалий. Обоснованию этого тезиса и посвящено исследование. Для этого были проанализированы основные макроэкономические показатели России за последний период и сделаны соответствующие выводы. Также дан краткий обзор состояния налоговой, банковской и бюджетной сферы в их связи с Концепцией. Обозначены и другие проблемные моменты, не связанные напрямую с рецессией, но имеющие непосредственное отношение к заявленным в Концепции ориентирам.
