Перспективы Сотрудничества Госкомпаний Электроэнергетической Отрасли России В Рамках Реализации Инновационных Программ

Abstract

В статье исследованы цели инновационных программ монополий электроэнергетической отрасли — ОАО «ФСК ЕЭС» и ОАО «СО ЕЭС». Определены рамки научно-технического сотрудничества и внешние организации, с которыми взаимодействуют названные компании. Приведены документы, инициирующие создание технологических платформ, и выявлена степень участия исследуемых компаний в них. Определено, что обе компании участвуют в технологической платформе «Интеллектуальная энергетическая система России». Выявлено основное предприятие, на котором будут реализовываться большинство НИОКР исследуемых компаний, приведен краткий перечень основных проблем и угроз, стоящих перед отраслью в связи с выполнением программы инновационного развития.
