Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу экспансии зарубежных ТНК на российский рынок розничной торговли. В статье выделяются основные этапы выхода зарубежных ритейлинговых сетей на российский рынок. Автор обращает особое внимание на стратегии проникновения и форматы розничной торговли, используемые зарубежными игроками, а также на особенности региональной экспансии ТНК. Автор выделяет такие направления развития сектора розничной торговли в России, как регионализация, консолидация и расширение организованных сегментов торговли и приходит к выводу, что в условиях разворачивающегося глобального финансово-экономического кризиса возможно усиление позиций зарубежных игроков в розничной торговле России.
