Abstract

Современное общество невозможно представить без широкого применения информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ). Одной из самых важных черт ИКТ является возможность создания глобального масштаба для деятельности всех экономических агентов мировой экономики, число которых непрерывно расширяется. Развитие высоких технологий изменяет структуру мирового рынка, в котором отражаются приоритеты научно-технической политики разных стран. Статья посвящена анализу показателя готовности стран мира к сетевой экономике, характеристике структурных сдвигов в производстве высокотехнологичной продукции и изменений в локации наукоемкого производства в мире.
