Abstract

В данной статье анализируется ситуация на рынке информационных технологий и производства программного обеспечения. Особое внимание уделяется рассмотрению процесса так называемого оффшорного программирования. Сравниваются состояния и перспективы развития отрасли программного производства Индии и России.
