Институциональный Аспект Предпринимательства В Свете Экономических Теорий

Abstract

Цель статьи исследование институционального аспекта предпринимательства. На основе логико-исторического подхода в статье выявлены институциональные аспекты предпринимательства, содержащиеся в экономических теориях мейнстрима, в работах Й. Шумпетера и Ф. Найта, стоящих вне экономических теорий, в идеях представителя австрийской школы эволюционной эпистемологии Ф. Хайека, яркого представителя неоавстрийской школы И. Кирцнера. Автор приходит к выводу о необходимости рассматривать предпринимательство не в привычном смысле, а в качестве социально-экономической системы и трактовать его как институционально упорядоченную совместную деятельность хозяйствующих субъектов, которые испытывают влияние внешней среды (социальных институтов).
