Концепция Формирования Эффективного Механизма Взаимодействия Субъектов Экономики

Abstract

В статье предлагается теоретическая концепция формирования эффективного механизма взаимодействия субъектов экономики государства, бизнеса и некоммерческого сектора. Выявляются причины, предпосылки и принципы создания эффективного механизма взаимодействия субъектов, определяются его стратегические цели, дается характеристика участников механизма и возможных способов их взаимодействия. Описываются составные элементы эффективного механизма, включающие институциональную, экономическую, организационную, финансовую, информационную и духовно-психологическую составляющие. Определяются подходы к оценке эффективности предлагаемого механизма взаимодействия субъектов, и обосновывается значение его формирования.
