Abstract

В статье рассматриваются закономерности радикального изменения содержания труда, самого человека и его положения в производстве, происходящие под воздействием современной информационной революции. Выделив в качестве основы интеллектуализации производства и труда такое качество человека как интеллектуальная активность, автор обосновывает сущность и содержание понятий инновационного производства, творческого труда и человеческого капитала. Последнее позволяет автору выдвинуть положение о раздвоении способности человека к труду на два самостоятельные начала способности к исполнительскому и способности к творческому труду, обосновать концепцию удвоения социально-экономического содержания категории «способность к труду».
