Abstract

Рассматриваются ключевые особенности и стратегии быстрорастущих фирм «газелей», а также их вклад в развитие экономики. Динамичные успешные фирмы выступают точками роста национальной экономики, являясь основными создателями рабочих мест, прироста ВВП и стимулируя структурные изменения в экономике. В работе приводится классификация быстрорастущих фирм, выявляются их общие характеристики и рассматриваются механизмы их роста. Особенности развития зарубежных быстрорастущих фирм и их роль в развитии экономики страны сравнивается с российской действительностью, ставится вопрос о необходимости государственного внимания к проблеме.
