Abstract

Дана оценка стратегии финансирования инвестиций в российской электроэнергетике в период ее реформирования разделения на государственно-монопольный и конкурентный сектора. Авторы раскрыли основные подходы к формированию стратегии финансирования инвестиций, провели сравнительный анализ различных источников финансирования инвестиций в российских и зарубежных энергетических компаниях в 2006-2007 гг. и пришли к выводу, что структура источников финансирования инвестиций существенно различается по видам деятельности. На основе проведенного анализа рассмотрены перспективы привлечения различных источников финансирования в генерирующих и распределительных сетевых компаниях электроэнергетики.
