Abstract

В настоящее время широко признается рост сервисной деятельности в различных отраслях экономики. Изменение структуры современной экономики свидетельствует о возрастающем значении деятельности по оказанию услуг, в связи с этим тема инноваций в сфере услуг весьма актуальна сейчас во всем мире. Опыт стран Европы в данной области достаточно успешен, его изучение, грамотное использование достижений необходимо осуществлять с целью повышения эффективности работы, совершенствования бизнес-процессов как на макро-, так и на микроуровне.
