Критерии Выделения Среднего Слоя В Развитых Странах И Специфика В России

Abstract

Основной задачей, стоящей перед Россией, является формирование массового среднего слоя, который бы выступал опорой для государства, способствовал росту экономики страны и составлял большую часть населения. В статье раскрыта актуальная тема критериального подхода к определению численности среднего слоя. Проведен сравнительный анализ подходов к данной проблеме в развитых странах и проанализированы особенности такого подхода в России. Доказано, что критерии, применяемые в странах Запада, не подходят для российского общества, имеющего особенности, с которыми необходимо считаться. В результате анализа объединены и выделены основные признаки, характеризующие средний слой России и развитых странах.
