Abstract

Государственно-частное партнерство (ГЧП) является основой теории смешанной экономики. Переход к модели экономики с развитой институциональной формой партнерства является наиболее реальным вариантом выхода России из кризиса. Модификация различных моделей партнерства, связанная с региональными, отраслевыми особенностями, менталитетом, конъюнктурой, обеспечивает не только воспроизводственный процесс, но и оказывает мультипликативный экономический эффект, укрепляет социальную стабильность. Научная новизна выполненного исследования заключается в создании концепции развития института ГЧП в условиях нарастания глобальных и внутрироссийских трансформационных процессов и обосновании методов государственной поддержки.
