Abstract

В статье рассматриваются итоги выполнения Лиссабонской стратегии построения инновационной экономики в Евросоюзе и новая программа социально-экономического развития ЕС, получившей название «Европа 2020» (Europe 2020), представляющая собой масштабную стратегию развития ЕС на ближайшее десятилетие. Анализируется опыт и текущий инновационный потенциал стран ЕС, разбитых по кластерам, согласно методологии IUS. Выявлены лидерство ряда стран ЕС в области инновационной деятельности, в том числе по объему вложений в НИОКР, количеству запросов на получение патентов, объему высокотехнологичного экспорта, охвату населения высшим образованием и др, а также некоторые закономерности положения стран различных кластеров в рейтингах по данным показателям.
