Abstract

Исследование особенностей деятельности малых и средних промышленных предприятий в условиях высокой динамики на рынках потребительского назначения, жесткой конкуренции и распространения инновационных технологий, по-новому удовлетворяющих дифференцированные потребности потребителей, позволило выявить, что система подготовки и принятия управленческих решений зависит от степени детализации оперативного контроллинга и скорости сбора и обработки информации производственных подразделений.
