Abstract

Особенностью современного этапа развития экономической ситуации в России является усиление роли рискового (венчурного) капитала. При этом особую роль в рамках этого процесса играют малые инновационные компании, являющиеся, по сути, основной движущей силой научно-технического прогресса. Сегодня они привлекают пристальное внимание венчурных инвесторов по всему миру, поэтому очевидно, что их отбор требует тщательной оценки их способности к выживанию на рынке и дальнейшему развитию, т.е. оценки предпринимательского потенциала.
