Abstract

Новая экономика, базирующаяся на принципах постоянного и ускоренного инновационного развития, нуждается в адекватном уровне подготовки кадрового состава. Обучение персонала распространенная стратегия, присущая всем современным экономикам и типам предприятий, то есть напрямую не связанная только с высоким технологическим укладом. Но именно в рамках инновационного сектора обучение кадров имеет почти обязательный статус, а инновационные организации, зачастую, называются «самообучающимися» организациями. Что обуславливает внутрифирменное обучение в инновационном бизнесе, и какие формы предопределяются спецификой инновационного производства?
