Интеллектуальная Собственность: Роль В Экономическом Развитии И Механизмы Защиты

Abstract

Известно, что собственность является категорией, определяющей основу системы хозяйственных отношений. В настоящее время приоритетным становится анализ роли и механизмов защиты собственности на продукты интеллектуального труда, поскольку именно интеллектуальная собственность, закрепленная законодательно, позволяет получать добавленную стоимость дополнительную прибыль, а также завоевывать новые рынки и укреплять конкурентоспособность хозяйствующего субъекта. Наибольшую ценность как для государства в целом, так и для отдельной фирмы сегодня представляет творческий (креативный) труд, а, следовательно, формирование условий для его эффективной организации.
