Abstract

Еще Л. Эдвинссон и М. Малоун говорили об интеллектуальном капитале как о знании, допускающем конвертацию в стоимость1. Сегодня в экономике, все в большей степени базирующейся на знаниях, роль интеллектуальной составляющей капитала организации возрастает. Определенное представление о мере такого роста дает динамика изменения коэффициента Тобина (q) отношения. рыночной капитализации компании к восстановительной (на практике часто балансовой) стоимости ее активов.
