Abstract

По своей сути материальные и нематериальные активы фирмы отличаются тем, что у последних отсутствует материально-вещественная структура, из чего следует, что они имеют различные свойства, которыми обладают разнообразные типы активов. Уникальные свойства нематериальных объектов, в свою очередь, обуславливают характер производимых над ними юридических и экономических операций, требующих идентификации и оценки указанных объектов.
