Abstract

В сложной эволюционирующей системе с высокой интенсивностью накопления и применения новых знаний, в которую превращается современное производство, участникам экономической жизни необходимо все более интенсивно учиться, поскольку растет уровень требуемых от них трудовых способностей. Растет потребность в высококвалифицированных работниках, обладающих разносторонними навыками и склонностью к быстрому обучению и адаптации. Причем возникла необходимость не просто учиться, а постигать сам процесс обучения и снова и снова адаптироваться и созидать. От менеджеров и наемных работников требуются все большие познавательные способности, экономика становится все менее «машинно-интенсивной» и все более «знание-интенсивной».
