Abstract

Довольно популярным сегодня является высказывание о наступлении эпохи информационной экономики, развития средств обработки и передачи информации. Информация становится основным товаром. Кто владеет информацией тот владеет миром! На первый взгляд все в порядке. Однако, так ли все однозначно после более пристального рассмотрения данных констатаций? Не является ли всеобщее ликование по поводу наступления информационной экономики панихидой по ее закату?
