Abstract

В результате временной задержки в процессе управления интеллектуальным капиталом (ИК) неизбежно появляется ошибка, которая добавляется к входным воздействиям на его проявление. Временную задержку можно уменьшить путем увеличения чувствительности, т.е. управляемых (корректирующих) воздействий, которые имеют место при наличии малых отклонений от нормы. Однако увеличение чувствительности (воздействий) может привести к тому, что руководители будут вынуждены принимать поспешные и необоснованные решения при случайных флуктуациях, возникающих в системе. Чтобы руководители все время не занимались решением несущественных проблем, временную задержку зачастую увеличивают за счет снижения чувствительности.
