Abstract

Современная неоклассическая теория человеческого капитала зародилась и получила развитие в работах Гэри Беккера, Джорджа Минцера, Теодора Шульца, Бартона Вейсброда, Б. Л. Хансена и многих других экономистов в 1950-1980-е годы. О её рождении объявил в 1960-м году Теодор Шульц. Само рождение произошло в октябре 1962 г., когда «Journal of Political Economy» выпустил дополнительный номер под названием «Инвестиции в людей». [1] С тех пор поток литературы, посвящённой этой теории, стремительно рос.
