Abstract

Переход к рыночной экономике в России, изменение форм собственности, структурная перестройка, образование вертикально-интегрированных многоотраслевых комплексов, другие внутренние и внешние процессы социально-экономического развития (глобализация, вхождение в ВТО, мировой рынок труда и т.д.) все это привело к пересмотру взглядов на философию оценки труда и вознаграждение работников. В частности, принципиально изменились стратегия мотивации персонала, формы и системы оплаты по конечному результату и участия рядовых работников в капитале, другие виды компенсации трудовой деятельности.
