Abstract

Известно, что операционная эффективность управления предприятием определяется деловыми качествами менеджеров и тем, насколько рационально расходуется их потенциал. Процессный подход оценки операционной эффективности управления предприятием посредством разработки системы мотивации труда, с ориентацией на достижение качественных результатов работы непосредственно по каждому из реализуемых работником процессов, может вызвать появление дополнительных затрат на обеспечение операционной эффективности управления.
