Abstract

Современная концепция успешного управления предприятием предполагает, что вся его деятельность должна гарантировать выпуск конкурентоспособных товаров и услуг, пользующихся устойчивым спросом и учитывающих нужды и запросы потребителей в данный момент времени и в перспективе. Возрастающие изменения в окружающей среде, появление новых запросов покупателей, усиление конкуренции, открытия в научно-технической сфере представляющие новые возможности для бизнеса, требуют организации эффективной системы управления деятельностью предприятия, позволяющей гибко реагировать на, все рыночные изменения. Эта задача решается с помощью pea лизации промышленной и торговой политики предприятия посредством гармонизации производственно-сбытовой деятельности.
