Abstract

Определяющим фактором экономического роста и создания добавленной стоимости в современной экономике является широкомасштабное внедрение инновацийй в производство и всеобъемлющая его интеллектуализация. Интеллектуальная собственность, знания, информация, меновые стоимости современного производства являются основной и определяющей частью всего производственного и общественного капитала и обеспечивают экономический рост постиндустриальной экономики. При этом интеллектуальная собственность тесно связана с человеком, главной производительной силой. Именно посредством человеческого труда по мере его совершенствования происходит развитие и улучшение производств, и обеспечивается воспроизводственный процесс на все более высоком.уровне
