Abstract

Важнейшей составной компонентой человеческого капитала является уровень компетенции и образования экономически активного населения. Задача данной статьи обратить внимание на специфику мотивации человека к получению высшего образования, как элемента, без которого невозможен нормальный процесс получения и закрепления знаний
