Abstract

Одна из новых мировых тенденций развития теории и практики менеджмента заключается в переходе от парадигмы управления персоналом к управлению развитием человеческого капитала. Как показывает опыт экономически продвинутых стран, именно уровень развития человеческого капитала оказывает наибольшее влияние на производительность труда. Фактически это означает, что успехов в экономическом развитии может добиться любая организация, в которой созданы условия для накопления человеческого капитала.
