Abstract

Последние десятилетия проблемы инноваций и перехода к инновационному экономическому росту стали предметом особого внимания как зарубежных, так и отечественных экономистов. Чтобы инновации стали движущей силой экономического роста и приобрели всеобъемлющий характер, необходима система, в которой бы новые знания воплощались в готовые востребованные обществом результаты
